Nursing Ethics

To register for the course Nursing Ethics, please fill in the following Registration Form. If you have any problems submitting the registration form, please send an e-mail to masterbioethics@med.kuleuven.be. Deadline for registration and payment: November 26th 2012. 

These prices include tuition and course materials, as well as refreshments, reception, three lunches and a dinner. The concert + bus transfer offered during the Intensive Course Nursing Ethics is also included in the price. Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements.

If a bank transfer covers the registration fee of multiple registrants, please send a copy of the payment, clearly indicating for which registrants this payment is made, a detailed overview of the paid fees as well as the date of the bank transfer to masterbioethics@med.kuleuven.be.
