KU Leuven
To help them get settled during their first few days in Leuven, the international student office designed a special orientation program with useful tips and information, and opportunities to meet fellow students and professors. Where to find accommodation, how to do their banking, how to register at the city hall, where to obtain more information -- all these questions can be answered by the numerous student services offered by KU Leuven.

International students enrolling for a program taught in English at KU Leuven are given the opportunity to upgrade their English language skills. From September until December the KU Leuven Institute of Modern Languages, will offer complementary courses. Their aim is improving the students' knowledge of general as well as academic English. Those courses are also a useful preparation to a successful academic career. To improve the social integration of international students in Leuven, the Institute of Modern Languages offers several types of Dutch language courses as well.
