A word of welcome

Dear colleague,

In name of the scientific coordination board of Pentalfa, I would like to invite you to attend one of the Pentalfa broadcasts during the upcoming Pentalfa year. The Pentalfa project is celebrating its 10 year anniversary and can consequently be called of lasting value in the medical world of post-graduate education. The Pentalfa broadcasts have been visited over 50.000 times, impressive figures. We would like to thank our participants for the trust they lay in our organization, the moderators and speakers for the content of our broadcasts, and the administrative and technical coworkers for their enduring dedication. The faculty of Medicine, the Flemish hospital network and the sponsors also deserve to be thanked for their moral and financial support.

A broad variety of subjects are discussed in next season's broadcasts. The sessions take place on Thursday night and can be attended to in Leuven and on five different locations in the rest of Flanders, as you will be able to conclude from our website. We do welcome Overpelt as our newest location. By also bringing Pentalfa to Overpelt, we hope to be able to increase the number of participants again. The goal of Pentalfa is optimizing post-graduate education by exchanging transport-time for effective hours of learning and discussing.
